If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our merchandise, please return it within 30 days of receipt and we will refund the purchase price. When you return an item to us, you must:

(1) use the original packaging;
(2) include the original packing slip; and
(3) the item must retain all tags and show no signs of use.

A Few Things To Note:



  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping unless the return/exchange is the result of an error on our part. If you are exchanging a toy we will charge your credit card shipping costs to ship new item
  • If you are returning a sale item, we can only issue you a merchandise credit.
  • We cannot refund any special promotions or discounts, shipping costs, or gift wrapping charges unless the return/exchange is the result of a Silly Goose Toys error.
  • We cannot refund any shipping and handling fees on drop ship items. Some of these oversized drop ship items are not returnable. Please contact our customer service department at info@sillygoosetoys.com for more information on these items.
  • Silly Goose Toys reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise if we do not receive the merchandise in its original condition. In such a case, the items will be returned to you. If the shipment is rejected, we reserve the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. All costs related to the return must be paid by the customer.



How do I send something back?
 
We strongly recommend that you insure the return package. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. Remember, we can only credit you for item(s) received in our warehouse. We'll send an email when your return is processed, and you'll see a credit to your card within one billing cycle. If you are returning gift or sale merchandise, we'll send you a merchandise credit via e-mail.



  Returning or Getting a Refund for Damaged Merchandise



Damaged Merchandise must be reported within 30 days of shipment. Reports received after 30 days of the original ship date are eligible for product replacement from the manufacturer.



We want customers to get these wonderful toys on time and in perfect condition! Unfortunately mistakes or damages occasionally do occur. Don't worry— we'll do our best to remedy the situation.



If you received damaged items, do not return the package! CONTACT US for further instructions. Depending on the situation, we will offer a refund or replacement. We do not pay for or refund return shipping costs unless pre-approved by a Silly Goose Toys Customer Care Representative. Depending on the item, you may receive a replacement either from Silly Goose Toys or directly from the manufacturer. Damaged product returns must have the RA number clearly written on the outside of the shipping box. If the RA number is not clearly written, the return may be lost or refused.
